PySimpleGUI 06b8a97dc5 Fix in popup_scrolled - was not adding the sizegrip all the time... was only adding when no_titlebar. Also made sure it's on the last row instead of making a new row. PySimpleGUI fefd3949cf Added settings to the right click menu in addition to link in the window. Made Version Window location the same as the program's window. Added exception handling around main event loop that utilizes the Debug Print as a reporting mechanism since there is no console for these applications.
